Jessie's provides one on one counselling, housing assistance, an on-site high school, health care clinic and child care centre. Each year we work with approximately 1,000 pregnant teens, new mothers, their partners and their children. We ensure each family has safe affordable housing, that mom is back in school and baby has access to quality child care. Our educational programming includes pre-natal care and nutrition as well as post natal classes supporting breastfeeding and parenting. We advocate, we educate, we build partnerships, and we foster solidarity for all families experiencing cancer.Candlelighters provides support for families every step of the way from diagnosis through treatment, providing programs such as emergency financial assistance, an annual family camp, family activities, bereavement support, and a meal program that offers comfort and support for families during a difficult journey. Through it all, we never charge families a dime – ever!​

The mission of the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) is to change lives and create safe, healthy communities by providing a support and advocacy network for, and comprised of, formerly incarcerated men and women. To accomplish this mission, ARC provides services, support and opportunities to currently and formerly incarcerated individuals, and advocates for fair policies in the juvenile and criminal justice systems.
