Community Nature Connection is committed to providing equitable access to the outdoors for communities throughout Los Angeles County.

Connecting families affected by childhood cancer by providing opportunities that encourage relationships and strengthen community. CCC provides 60 annual programs that fall into three main program categories: My Journey Series (hospital based programs), support programs and outings, and our six Camp Heart Connection camps.

To control the local feral (undomesticated) cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return-Maintain (TNRM) programs and to facilitate the adoption of stray and abandoned cats and kittens into responsible permanent homes through our foster care and adoption programs.

The mission of Thrive Health Connection is to provide advocacy, care, and education to those affected by HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATIVE AND PREVENTATIVE EDUCATION ON THE SUBJECTS OF LEGAL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE USE/ABUSE, AND IMPLEMENTING POSITIVE PARENTING SKILLS TO THE COMMUNITY AS WELL AS PROVIDING HELP AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE IN NEED. NEWTOWN PARENT CONNECTION, INC. WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH TOWN AGENCIES, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE SCHOOLS, AND RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE USE OF DRUGS AND ALCOHOL AMONG THE YOUTH. NEWTOWN PARENT CONNECTION, INC. HOLDS PUBLIC FORUMS WITH PROFESSIONAL GUEST SPEAKERS ON THE SUBJECT OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE. THE MAJOR SOURCES OF REVENUE ARE DONATIONS AND FUND-RAISING. The Mission Of Adoption Connection, Pa Is To Ensure The Adoption Journey Is Accessible And Positive For All Members Of The Adoption Circle By Providing Supportive Services To Birth And Adoptive Families.

The Warrior Connection (TWC) provides residential retreats and services to Veterans and their families to heal the invisible injuries incurred while in uniform. TWC offers specialized programs for military men, women, and their families. Aside from a small commitment fee, programs and services provided by TWC are free and open to Veterans and families of all eras. The Warrior Connection is rehabilitating PTSD - breaking the cycle so the healing begins and can continue.

The Rainbow Connection makes wishes come true for Michigan children with life threatening medical conditions. In addition, we provide support services to eligible wish families in need.

VITAS Community Connection helps families and friends honor a loved one’s life in a very local way, by donating to local VITAS hospice patients in need and supporting the mission of partners important to the community.

The Barnabas Connection affirms all persons to be equal in the sight of God, and strives to assist any and all members of our community in obtaining aid in times of crisis by fostering respectful relationships between volunteers and clients in need.

The mission of this organization is to build connections with its members, the community, and charities they support, and to raise money through fundraising events and donations to help charitable organizations serving women and children and other community programs in need in Lake County, IL.
