The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. Teddy Bears with Heart collects and gifts new stuffed animals to first responders, hospitals and agencies that work with children, the elderly and other people in need of comfort. Their local den (founded by Susan Hanson) operates as part of Good Bears of the World to distribute bears to people in crisis and partner agencies.
