United Search Corps remains unwavering in its commitment to addressing the distressing issue of murdered and missing individuals. Through collaborative partnerships, advanced techniques, public awareness, victim support, and data sharing, USC strives to bring justice to victims and closure to their families. Our mission is to advocate & support families of the missing. We provide LEO training as well as groundbreaking search tactic consultation in criminal cases both active & cold to agencies across the nation, tribal confederations and governments internationally. Our passion is being a voice for the voiceless and our focus will aggressively fight for those who can no longer fight for themselves.
Immigrant Justice Corps’ (IJC) mission is to recruit, train, and populate the immigration field with the highest quality legal advocates to create a new generation of leaders with a lifelong commitment to immigrant justice. IJC is the country’s first and only fellowship program exclusively dedicated to expanding access to quality counsel for low-income immigrants. Since 2014, we have demonstrated that an infusion of newly minted lawyers and passionate advocates levels the playing field and helps immigrants present their viable claims in court. To date, we have trained 500+ Fellows who have served 125,000+ immigrants and their families, achieving a 93% success rate in adjudicated cases.
The foundation of our program is education. Without education on spay/neuter, breed specific legislation (BSL), training, breed specific workshops, the dog fighting culture and responsible ownership, the epidemic will never end. Rescue is a mere bandage in the overall scale of the canine epidemic. Shelters are overrun, rescues are overflowing and society is in need of education. For every one spot we fill in our program, we turn away 50. We average 20-25 canines at any given time and 90% of our rescue population is comprised of the American Pit Bull Terrier. We work with canines from any and every background, whether it be a surrendered family pet, bait dog, seasoned fighter or the abused. We are a no-kill rescue/rehabilitation in that we will never euthanize for space. We, as a moral, ethical and objective organization, will NOT adopt out a canine that is a threat to society. We are advocates of the American Pit Bull Terrier, as such we will not add to the epidemic by being irresponsible.
