Using a unique model, our national network of adoption specialists and 100+ partnering agencies cut across geographic and bureaucratic boundaries, thus increasing opportunities for children and families to find the perfect match. Being special needs adoptive parents themselves, our adoption specialists are committed to finding loving families for all children awaiting adoption in the U.S. Adopt America absorbs many of the costs of adoption and does not charge the family any fees.

AOT has served 4,500+ students across the country (87% Black/Latinx and 57% women) with 85% of the students in tech jobs or majoring in computer science in college.
