The Toronto People With AIDS Foundation serves all men, women and children living with HIV or AIDS in Toronto, the largest HIV/AIDS population in Canada. We provide direct and practical services that help people living with HIV or AIDS meet their basic needs. Since our founding in 1987, we have grown to become Canada's largest direct service provider for people living with HIV/AIDS. Our services include a weekly food bank, a weekly meal delivery program, financial assistance for uninsured medical costs, HIV treatment information and short-term access to HIV medication, among many others.

Our mission is to provide an inclusive and nurturing environment where individuals with disabilities can develop their skills and maximize their potential. We aim to empower our participants by offering vocational training, job placement assistance, and emotional support. Through our programs and services, we strive to foster independence, build self-confidence, and promote social inclusion for all of our beneficiaries. Our goal is to create a community where individuals with disabilities are respected, valued, and supported in achieving their full potential.

The American Association of Suicidology (AAS) is a membership organization for all those involved in suicide prevention and intervention, or those touched by suicide. AAS is a leader in the advancement of scientific and programmatic efforts in suicide prevention through research, education and training, the development of standards and resources, and survivor support services.

Our Mission Is To Provide Education, Information And Organization To Those Interested In Woodturning - A Branch Of Woodworking Centered Around Using The Lathe To Shape Wood. The Results Range From The Familiar To The Profound: Everything From Decorative And Functional Bowls, Boxes, And Vessels To Furniture And Architectural Spindles, Toys, Tools, Musical Instruments, Even Sculptural Art. The Technology Association of Visually Impaired People (TAVIP) is a lively community of blind and partially sighted people who are passionate about the use of technology.• We actively promote the use of technology at home, at work and for leisure.• We monitor changes in technology, identify resources and provide information for members.• We support each other through discussion groups, online chats and face-to-face events.• We provide online tutorials, skill-sharing sessions and training.• We campaign vigorously for equal access to technology.
