Under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Ottawa, Kateri Native Ministry is comprised of a group of Catholic Native and Non-Native people interested in the healing and reconciliation of Amerindians. Our goals are to: • Provide paths of healing and reconciliation for Amerindians. • Empower Native Catholics to live in harmony with their Catholic and Native Spirituality. • Provide Native Sacred Traditions within the Sacraments of the Catholic. • Participate in Native Christian ecumenical gatherings. • Promote and maintain ongoing communication and involvement between Native Catholics and the hierarchy of Catholic Church in North America. • Promote understanding between Natives and the Catholic Church. • Unify Native Catholics while respecting tribal differences. • Pray for the canonization of Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, to share the story of her life, and to follow her example of holiness.

Native Earth Performing Arts is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating, developing and producing professional artistic expression of the Aboriginal experience in Canada. Through stage productions (theatre, dance and multi-disciplinary), new script development, apprenticeships and internships, Native Earth Performing Arts seeks to fulfill a "community" of artistic visions, one that is both inclusive and reflective of the artistic directions of members of the Aboriginal community who actively participate in the arts. Native Earth is currently celebrating its 31st season in our new Regent Park home The Aki Studio Theatre.

We plan for and fund our own activities, Arts / Culture Programs offer ceramics,traditional bead and leather workshops. We advocte in mainstream by sitting on Advisory Groups like: Brock Un., Niagara College Education and Niagara Abor. Children's Planning Councils. We house a reference library, with videos, a variety of self help books,business, reference texts,reports and studies. We offer an Aboriginal Child Advocate program to families who are in contact with the local CAS. We also offer an Aboriginal Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process for these families. We are currently ACCEPTING DONATIONS AND SPONSORSHIPS TOWARDS OUR 30TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS. Contact us for sponsorship info. Our biggest struggle is ongoing funding as we are a wholly independent organization, soley operated by native women, by for and about native women and their families.
