Our mission is to provide peer supporters of various health and disability related populations with tools and resources needed to improve the overall health and wellness of our fellow peers. We promote the value of peer support in the community and workplace by means of advocacy, education, research and service.
South Lakes based peer support drop-ins in a comfortable, homely space. Open to anyone wishing to maintain or improve their emotional and mental wellbeing. In the future we hope to be able to deliver a 1:1 befriending service out in the community for those unable to attend the drop-ins.
Rainbow Heights Club provides a safe place for LGBTQ+ people living with severe mental illness find the support they need to continue on their path to recovery. All CAB programs and services can be accessed free of charge to the client. The RHC program serves 50+ people per day and is open five days/evenings per week; We offer over 25 support and activity groups weekly, as well as a free afternoon meal for participants in the days activities.

Early intervention works to help children break the cycle of violence and failure, and helps parents learn how to make safe, loving homes where their children can thrive.

We provide free counselling to people aged 18 and 35 that relate to the alternative & rock music scene. Running sessions online, and from UPRAWR Studios, we turned our studio rooms into relaxed counselling suits so people can talk to councillors they to relate to in a non-clinical environment.
We support individuals who experience suicidal thoughts. Offering relief from suicidal thoughts & feelings through delivery of open & non-judgemental emotional support. We aspire to a time when this service is no longer needed. For now, we persevere to ensure no one suicidal is left in the dark.
