Set Up Matching in Zoom Events

Maximize donations during your next Zoom Event by matching donations made by your donors. In fact, 1 in 3 donors indicate they’d give a larger gift if a match is added and it is easy to configure within the Pledge Impact Hub. 
  1. Login to your Impact Hub at using the same email address associated with your Zoom Account.
  1. Navigate to your Zoom Donations
  1. Navigate to “Actions” and “Edit matching settings”
  1. Update your payment method by adding a credit card on file. This is the credit card that will be charged for donation matches. Note that a 3% credit card fee will be charged for  all matching donations. 
  1. Check “Matching enabled” and configure matching limits. These can be overall limits (e.g. match all donations up to 10,000) or time-based limits (e.g., match all donations until 10/31/21) or a combination of the two. 
  1. Save your settings to have your matching campaign created! 🎉
