FBRN’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome French Bulldogs in need, giving them the healthy, happy lives they deserve.
For nearly 25 years, we’ve helped neglected, abused, and medically fragile Frenchies across the U.S. and Canada find their second chance. From emergency surgeries to loving foster homes, our work runs on volunteer passion and donor support.
As Frenchies have become the most popular breed in America, we’ve seen a sharp rise in surrenders, driven not only by irresponsible breeding but also by the growing number of owners who simply can’t afford the cost of care. With rising vet bills and economic uncertainty, more families are being forced to make heartbreaking decisions.
