The Finger Lakes Thoroughbred Adoption Program, Inc. (www.fltap.org) is dedicated to providing a safe-haven for horses leaving the Finger Lakes Racetrack through placement in qualified and caring homes. FLTAP follows each of our placed horses for 1 year after placement and we are the only retired racehorse adoption program located on the grounds of a racetrack in North America.
