Chamwino Connect is a 501c3 fundraising organization that supports lifelong education in central Tanzania.
We are driven by a famous saying in Swahili: “Elimu ni unfunguo wa maisha—Education is the key to life.” We believe that education can end the cycle of poverty and empower the most vulnerable. Education brings opportunity and changes lives. Through opening an early learning center, providing scholarships for higher education, and increasing the educational resources in public schools, we are enhancing the value of education provided in Chamwino. Our aim is to lay the foundation of early childhood education for children, prolong the education of youth, and continue education where it stopped short for adults.
