Our Mission is: To provide transitional living and restore lives. Founded by Pastor Harold Brown, a ferocious advocate for the homeless, the ECTLC strives to give each homeless individual and family an opportunity for a healthy, meaningful life by encouraging a personal relationship with God. By applying Scripture to the person's character, behaviors, and attitude, and fostering a safe and healing environment, ECTLC promotes wise decisions for our program participants. We create opportunities for work, service, and leadership; all this with good customer service, professionalism, and open feedback as a model to all communities.
