This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of secton 501(c)(3) of the internal Revenue Code, compromising: to help ensure the health and security, shelter and care of abused unwanted, abandoned and otherwise endangered small breed dogs, rehabilitation, rescue from shelters and similar situations until proper homes for said animals can be found.
