The Maritime Heritage Alliance preserves and teaches Great Lakes maritime history by restoring and operating traditional wooden vessels and running hands‑on education and sail‑training programs. They use their fleet and boat shops to engage youth and the broader community in maritime skills, history, and stewardship.
