THE VENTURE OUT PROJECT INC

Our Mission

The Venture Out Project leads backpacking, wilderness trips, and adventures for members of the LGBTQ+, queer, and trans communities. Their goal is to provide a safe and fun space for queer, trans, and LGBTQ+ people to experience the outdoors, as well as offer education and support that helps schools and organizations affirm their LGBTQ+ community members. The different programs such as transgender inclusion workshops for educators, adventure professionals, summer camps, and more, are open to all experience levels.
