Our Mission

Founded as a street law clinic in 1967, ULS' mission is to provide protection, advocacy, education, counseling, and increased opportunity to underserved people so that they may exercise their full spectrum of rights--especially with regard to housing opportunities--in ways that encourage and promote increased participation in the social, economic, and educational betterment of their communities.
