The Florida State Parks Foundation supports the entire Florida State Park system through programs that: preserve and protect state parks; educate visitors about the value of state parks; encourage community engagement and active use of state parks; provide financial support to supplement state funding. In coordination with and support of the Florida Park Service, the Florida State Parks Foundation provides education, communication, and support services to local citizen support organizations (CSO) to ensure the sustainability, protection, restoration and interpretation of the system of Florida State Parks.
