Souls of Satos is a Puerto Rico–based animal rescue that rescues, vets, fosters, and rehomes stray “sato” dogs and other companion animals from the island. They work with volunteers, foster homes, local vets, and partner adopters (including arranging transport to the U.S.) to find permanent homes and to promote animal welfare locally.
