Mission-Provides a structured environment geared toward yielding productive members of society that are illiterate, poverty-stricken, homeless, substance abuse, domestic violence, elderly and disabled, at-risk youth, caregivers, etc. Our belief the Mission begins with and continues to offer Dedication to -Saving Our Youth- Promotion of Individual Empowerment- Avocation of “Coalition Building. Today, the Marcelous-Williams Resource Center collectively combines resources between existing communities, churches, schools, service provider agencies, and other non-profit organizations. The development of A One Stop Shop to facilitate all of the social needs of the person in need maximize utilization of resources and provides for a more effective and comprehensive system
