a) To feed abandoned and free-roaming dogs in organization-designated feeding areas. b) To provide emergency and medical care for abandoned and free-roaming dogs rescued from organization-designated feeding areas. c) Promote the safe capture and transfer of abandoned dogs to reputable non-profit rescue organizations for re-homing or direct-adoption. d) Provide a safe haven for dogs that organization rescues from abandonment. e) Bring awareness to the plight of abandoned and free roaming dogs in Miami Dade County Florida. f) Educate on the care of animals and promote spay and neuter to help reduce pet population and ultimately its impact on abandonment.
