Chi-Care is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) that delivers hot meals, clean water, hygiene items and basic necessities directly to people experiencing homelessness across the Chicagoland area. They operate mobile outreach (including street medicine and harm-reduction partnerships) to meet unhoused neighbors where they are and connect them to services.
