The Halton Down Syndrome Association (HDSA) is a volunteer non-profit organization made up of parents, professionals, and other concerned persons. We are committed to promoting a positive image of persons with Down syndrome being valued community members. The HDSA promotes that a person with Down syndrome is a person first and a person with Down syndrome second! Our ultimate goal is to see our children become responsible, self sufficient, fully integrated members of the community who are accepted by their peers and who are able to lead happy, productive lives.
