TCES is a not-for-profit community organization that has been connecting people to employment and building skills through partnership with government and business for over 28 years. Our goal is to improve the participation, representation and distribution of newcomer women who are facing multiple employment barriers into the labour market.
Our door is open to people from diverse backgrounds and diverse needs to build their existing skills, strengths and to achieve their potential. We are continuously developing innovative programs and services to help people succeed within their community.
