DARE TO DREAM Nanabijou Childcare Centre, located on the campus of Lakehead University in Thunder Bay Ontario opened in 1988 as the dream of two university students wishing for convenient access to quality childcare which would enable them and others like them, to pursue and complete their post secondary education dream. After 25 years we have outgrown our original location and are building a new, state of the art childcare centre in keeping with the campus childcare demand.
The Nanabijou volunteer Board of Directors and staff are proud to be able to do our part in fulfilling the childcare dreams of our aborginal, local and international students as well as alumni and the surrounding community.
Dependable, accessible, affordable, high quality childcare should be a reality not a dream - but for now- it is a dream which YOU can help to make come true.
