PCFSA has been delivering high quality child, youth, adult and family based services since 1968. From our current community based locations in Colwood, Langford and Sooke on South Vancouver Island,we provide a range of services across the Capital Regional District. Our organization delivers the following services: Alcohol and Other Drug Program (counselling and referrals for adults), Community Outreach Prevention and Education program (support for youth 5-18), Youthtalk (email counselling for youth), Family violence Program (group and individual support), Stopping the Violence (for women dealing with abuse), Sexual Abuse Intervention Program (youth and child counselling and expressive therapy program).
