Our Mission

Selections Career Support Services enables adults with developmental disabilities to realize their dreams of meaningful employment and community involvement by; discovering a personal vision for employment, providing work skills training, finding employment and volunteer opportunities and providing support and advocacy. Selections also works closeley with its employment partners to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship by; pre-screening clients to find the best match for the position, adjusting supports to clients and employers overtime and maintaining long-term relationships with employers and providing clients to fill additional job opportunities. With the support of Selections, clients become productive participants in their communities, leaving isolation and dependency behind. Integration and positive involvement serve both the client and community well.
