One of the activities sponsored by the ADSF is Seize Your Future (SYF)/Ton avenir en main (TAM).
SYF is a leadership training program for young women between the ages of 15 and 17. Its goal is to help these women to acquire leadership skills and to learn to make decisions, taking advantage of their own strengths, so as to make good life choices and become the leaders of tomorrow.
