Phoenix Youth Programs is a non-profit, community based organization located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada offering at-risk and homeless youth, primarily between the ages of 12 to 24, the opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness and find a path from the street. For over 20 years, Phoenix has provided youth with hope and assisted them in creating a brighter future. Through innovative programs and services, the highly skilled staff of Phoenix provide our youth with individualized care in a safe and secure environment.
Our programming includes: - Phoenix Prevention Program for youth as young as 12 - Phoenix Parenting Support Program for young parents - Phoenix Learning & Employment Centre - Phoenix Shelter for Youth (short-term residential facility) - Phoenix House and Phoenix Supervised Independent Living Program for long-term care - Phoenix Health Services
