- Administration of numerous Creative City Task Force Recommendations
- Assist the Chief Administrative Office – Culture Office and other areas of the Administration
- Assist artists and organizations with grant applications, career development, information dissemination and community connections
- Information for the arts and general community on funding possibilities - speakers from foundations and other funding bodies
