Our grassroots programs focus on HIV/AIDS prevention and care, early childhood education, food security and vulnerable children and women.
The organization offers two Home Based Care services for people Living with HIV/AIDS. At present, we provide at home, medical services for 600 individuals living with HIV/AIDS. We are committed to providing those vulnerable children with access to a safe and loving home, where they can grow and develop into the leaders of the future.
The organization has also helped 22 communities establish Montessori Kindergartens and is committed to continuing to support and train Montessori teachers in rural Mbeya.
In addition, the organization is helping individuals become financially secure through micro-finance and savings programs. Self-sustainablity is a central component of The Olive Branch for Children's mission. That is why, we support many farming and irrigation initiatives that benefit the whole community.
