DOXA is an annual, international film festival that celebrates the art of the documentary. The festival provides a forum for critical debate and exchange on the documentary genre via artist talks, essays, and discussions on current themes and trends in documentary filmmaking. Your donation will:
- Help us to bring the best documentaries from around the world to Vancouver - Allow young people to participate in DOXA’s educational programs, the Kris Anderson Connexions Youth Forum and Rated Y For Youth. - Support DOXA’s Justice Forum and other opportunities to engage with documentary films and the issues they present. - Help bring filmmakers to Vancouver to present their films and meet DOXA audiences. - Support free admission to special festival events.
