At Helping Hands we are all about solutions and the "exchange." We believe that healthy food and safe shelter are basic human rights and that in order to concentrate on other issues such as addiction and mental health these must be in place. We also believe that participating in an exchange wherein people contribute to their own growth and well being opens wide the doors to self worth and recovery.
