The DCCD Group is a grassroots not-for-profit charitable organization based in Ontario, Canada. Co-founded in 2001 by current Board Members; Alicia Morgan and Quinn de Vries, the DCCD has developed an approach toward community development that respects human dignity and supports the notion that change is something that can be achieved as a collaborative and collective effort. The DCCD Group recognizes local leadership and strives to empower leaders within communities.
