The Themba Development Project is a registered Canadian humanitarian-aid and development organization which works to assist chronically poor people in South Africa. Our goal is to improve access to food and clean water, minimize poverty and food insecurity, encourage education and develop short and long term solutions to the food crisis facing the local people.
Our Founder, Catherine E. Robar, is a multiple humanitarian award nominee. We work closely with local people so that culture and traditions are respected, encouraged and preserved.
