Pledge to make a difference, together.
The VSO School of Music was developed as a cultural amenity site of the City of Vancouver, and offers a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility that includes 18 teaching studios, ensemble and classrooms, practice rooms, computer listening stations, lounges and a recording booth linked to the acoustically-excellent Alan and Gwendoline Pyatt Hall, one of Canada’s finest recital halls.
As a not-for-profit organization, the VSO School of Music operates within an annual budget of approx. 1.2 million dollars, 15% of which comes from philanthropic and sponsorship support. Contributions and sponsorship support the School’s mission to enrich lives through the joy of learning, playing and performing the world’s great music and to make these experiences accessible to all ages and abilities.
