Dogs Forever of Iowa rescues homeless, abused, and neglected dogs in eastern Iowa with an emphasis on hard-to-place and senior dogs. They operate an Adoption Guarantee “Safe Place” shelter and a state-approved foster network, keeping animals in their care until suitable forever homes are found.
