The Mission of the Cougar Mountain Zoo and Zoological Society of Washington, a non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable 501(c)3 organization, is to increase the understanding and appreciation of the Earth’s irreplaceable wildlife and the role of humanity in nature through education, conservation, propagation and exhibition.

Wichita Pug Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) volunteer rescue that rescues, fosters, provides medical care for, and places pugs (and some short-nosed breeds) into permanent homes across Kansas. They accept owner relinquishments, provide foster care and veterinary treatment as needed, and match rescued animals with screened adopters.

All 4 Paws is a no‑kill animal rescue that rescues, rehabilitates, medically treats, and places dogs and cats into permanent homes. They also run spay/neuter and community pet‑support programs and operate a boutique/resale shop to help fund their lifesaving work.

Chappy and Friends has two main functions: One function is facilitating tax-deductible fundraising for animal hospitals to help fund emergencies for animal parents in a financial bind. Our other function is as an “incubator” for non-exempt animal welfare projects. Chappy & Friends helps organizations on the front lines of animal welfare to come into existence, to grow, and to sustain themselves.

Our mission is to inspire ocean conservation through marine mammal rescue and rehabilitation, education, and research. And our vision is of a healthy ocean ecosystem where people and marine life thrive together.

Friends of the Pflugerville Animal Shelter is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) group that raises funds and coordinates volunteers to support Pflugerville Animal Welfare Services. They focus on medical care, supplies, enrichment, and adoption support to improve outcomes for sheltered animals and reduce unnecessary euthanasia.

Rainbow Bridge Hospice Rescue focuses on saving senior and medically fragile dogs that are often overlooked by shelters. They provide hospice-style, foster, and adoption care—giving these animals compassionate medical attention and a loving home environment so they can live their final chapter with comfort and dignity.

Our goal is to find quality homes for the many unwanted, neglected and abused horses in our area. We also provide sanctuary for equines that cannot be adopted due to health, behavioral, or other reasons.

We work to alleviate the suffering of stray, abandoned, unwanted, and feral cats in Santa Clara County. We sponsor innovative programs to help cats in traditional shelters in our county, as well as community cats who live outdoors. We educate the public about the cat overpopulation problem, and provide people with the tools to become part of the solution. Town Cats supports individuals who want to help through aggressive spay/neuter and cat care programs, and by providing vet care and cat food to low income cat guardians, fosters, or owners. We also find permanent, safe, and loving homes for the homeless house cats and kittens in our care.
