The mission of the Richmond SPCA is to practice and promote the principle that every life is precious. At all times and in every way, we are advocates for animals. We provide for their safety and comfort, strive to alleviate their suffering, and work to place them in homes that provide a responsible lifetime commitment to them.

Rescue City is a no-kill, non-profit pet rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption organization. We believe it is our moral responsibility to defend the lives of abused, abandoned, and neglected animals. We take on helpless stray and surrendered animals, as well as those at the top of the euthanasia list at local and national shelters. We place our rescues in nurturing foster homes while they rebuild their lives through physical and mental rehabilitation. Following a hassle free adoption process, our Rescues are placed in loving & committed permanent homes. Our commitment to our rescues does not stop once the adoption paperwork is signed. We stress the importance of responsible pet ownership, and we educate our Fosters, Adopters, and community on what it means to be a good pet owner.

The mission of Long Island Bulldog Rescue LIBR is to provide education, prevention, intervention, and adoption services to ensure that all English Bulldogs enjoy long, healthy lives in loving, safe, appropriate homes where they are provided the life-long care they require We commit to each English Bulldog and adopters we serve for the life of the dog. In the event that an adoption is unsuccessful, the dog is to be returned to the LIBR.

One Love Dog Rescue, Inc. is a 100% volunteer-based rescue group that is dedicated to the rescue, healing and re-homing of abused, unwanted, and abandoned dogs. All of our dogs live in foster homes with our loving and qualified volunteers who provide them with the care they need to heal and find their “fur-ever homes”.

LIGRR INC IS DEDICATED TO FINDING NEW HOMES FOR ABANDONED, ABUSED, NEGLECTED AND UNWANTED GOLDEN RETRIEVERS AND PROVIDING VETERINARY CARE FOR THE SICK AND INJURED.

Hurleys Heart Bulldog Rescue's mission is to Rescue Bulldogs in need. They provide Vetting and lots of TLC before placing them with appropriate Forever Families.

Remember Me Rescue NY is a foster based, nonprofit organization. They rescue and rehabilitate dogs from Long Island and NYC shelters - all ages, sizes and breeds.

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them.  By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and boarding facilities, we are able to rescue hundreds of animals every year, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes.  We also serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.

Satchel's Last Resort is a no-kill animal shelter/sanctuary whose mission is to Rescue, Rehab and Rehome dogs and cats with nowhere else to go because of breed, behavior or medical issues.

Leader Dogs for the Blind breeds and trains dogs (and future owners) to assist the blind. Our mission is empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with lifelong skills for safe and independent daily travel. SPCA Florida exists to eliminate animal suffering and to enhance the human-animal bond by engaging the entire community in the welfare and well-being of animals. We accomplish this by advancing model programs to promote the adoption of healthy animals, prevent dog and cat overpopulation, provide veterinary medical services for animals in the community, and keep animals in homes through relinquishment intervention strategies. Founded in 1979, SPCA Florida is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization headquartered in Lakeland. Dedicated to improving the lives of pets and people in the community, SPCA Florida provides caring, compassion, and hope to more than 4,000 homeless animals entering our doors each year.

We are dedicated to ending the senseless euthanasia of all adoptable dogs and cats of the Lowcountry in South Carolina by providing a safe, loving environment for them until they are adopted. Our Adoption Center has an average intake of 2000 companion animals each year. We work with open admission shelters in the surrounding 6 counties to help with saving the lives of the animals that find themselves abandoned. We also work with owners who feel that their is no other option but to give their companion animal to us to find their next home. Our Community Spay/Neuter Clinic is NSRT certified through Humane Alliance. We uphold high standards of medical care for our shelter animals and the low cost services we provide to our community. Through grants and donations we are able to provide the public with financial assistance for spay/neuter and preventive care including vaccines. Our continued participation in humane education programs and preserving the welfare and rights of animals by pursuing animal cruelty prosecution and initiating animal welfare legislation will be part of our mission and advocacy for the animals of the Lowcountry.
