Our mission is to foster evidence-based conservation of wild Asian elephants and their habitats, through research, education, policy and advocacy. We support long-term research in Sri Lanka, and like-minded initiatives throughout Asia. By engaging with wildlife managers, conservation practitioners, educators, and local communities, we involve diverse stakeholders in raising awareness and imagining solutions.

Our mission is to develop new ideas and implement new solutions to address the short and long-term threats to elephant survival, providing them a new future free of cruelty and death at the hands of humans. Our unique approach of developing communities that will end poaching and illegal trafficking, implementing humane economies within host countries and by creating non-invasive research facilities, we will bring transformational change to this epic struggle while bettering the lives of the indigenous population and the host government. The Elephant Project will create self-sustaining and self-funding sanctuaries and communities reducing the need to constantly fundraise for the project. This project is designed to be a model that can be used all over the world to protect endangered species, better the economies of the host country, provide skills training, jobs, healthcare and educational opportunities for the indigenous population.

OUR MISSION Abolish elephant slavery by educating and enlightening people about the plight of captive and wild Asian elephants, protect them by mitigating human elephant conflicts in captivity and in the wild, and rehabilitate the captive ones in elephant havens where they can roam freely.

Dedicated to the Preservation of Wild Horses and Burros on public lands in our ten Western States with special emphasis on horses with unique characteristics.

The organization was founded in 1993 for the dual purpose of providing medical care to injured wild birds of prey and education of the public about these federally protected birds.

Akashinga has transformed a traditionally adversarial approach to conservation into an innovative, empowering, and gender-diverse model to protect wildlife and habitats.

Conservation Nation is an initiative of Friends of the National Zoo, the registered 501(c)(3) non-profit partner of the Smithsonian's National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute.

The Conservators Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to reconnecting people with wildlife. We are focused on public education throughout the Triangle and Triad areas of North Carolina and partner with other organizations around the state and across the country to create opportunities for members of the public to learn more about the animals we share our planet with.

Thru their Zoo To You program, their animal ambassadors travel all around the US connecting people with wildlife and inspiring them to protect our world

COI is a California 501c3 environmental non-profit reducing ocean plastic pollution through Research, Innovation, and Direct Action. Through our Environmental Pollution Assessment Program (EPAP), communities learn a simple process to track changes in local plastic pollution. This data serves as a benchmark to evaluate the impact of mitigation initiatives. Also, we're actively engaged in introducing affordable and customized Portable Plastic Waste Conversion (PPWC) systems as part of our global initiative to provide local communities with effective plastic recycling solutions. Our current project is setting up a demonstration PPWC system for Santa Cruz, CA to illustrate PPWC capabilities to Silicon Valley tech and philanthropic communities.

Wolfwood is dedicated to protecting the welfare of wolves and wolfdogs, and promoting an understanding of these animals in the hope of dispelling fear and opening the way for a healthy relationship between humans and wolves. We address these goals on a multitude of levels: Wolfwood provides a safe refuge for unwanted and homeless wolfdogs. All animals are contained in large enclosed areas. No animal is ever chained. All efforts are made to provide the best physical, mental, social and psychological environment for each animal. Each wolfdog is considered and treated as an individual with unique needs and qualities. Wolfwood provides extensive information and education on wolf and wolfdog behavior and issues surrounding them. Seminars and educational programs are presented to schools, state parks, the general public, other animal care facilities and various institutions. We also provide information and instruction to current or potential owners of these animals and the human behavior required when dealing with them. Wolfwood's mission is to dispel myth and misinformation, judgment and prejudice, cruelty and inhumane treatment.
