Beluga Whale Alliance (BWA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to supporting the worldwide and local conservation of beluga whales and their Arctic and subarctic habitats through science-focused outreach, education, collaboration, community participation, and research.

The Center for Whale Research conducts long‑term scientific monitoring of Southern Resident killer whales — including annual censuses and health assessments — to inform conservation policy and ecosystem recovery. Wings of the Dawn is a volunteer-run wildlife rehabilitation and bird sanctuary that rescues injured and orphaned birds and small mammals, provides professional and humane medical and rehabilitative care, and aims to release healthy animals back into their natural habitat. They also run educational outreach to teach the public about native wildlife.

The mission of The Wild Animal Sanctuary (TWAS) is to rescue and provide life-long homes for captive great cats, bears, wolves and other large carnivores, which have been abused, abandoned, exploited and illegally kept and to educate the public about causes and solutions to the dramatic plight of thousands of captive wildlife in the United States.
