ORTA is dedicated to enriching the lives of the Turkish-American community through educational, recreational, social, and cultural activities in Oregon without supporting any political or religious agenda. We are here to organize events and activities to promote cross cultural exchange of ideas, art, cuisine, traditions. ORTA was founded to create a community and a welcoming environment to anyone who is interested. We strive to extend our support to the Turkish American student body in the area, and partnering with humanitarian organizations in the USA and in Turkey.

Viet American Youth Association

Mid-Autumn Youth Summit (MAYS), a regional celebration that creates sports and educational competitions for Santa Clara and San Mateo County high school students to play and learn about Vietnamese culture with the purpose to preserve and extend Vietnamese American heritage. MAYS is organized by Viet-American Youth Association (VietAYA) and its Coalition, composed of education and community leaders who care about the success of students. Our goal is to foster leadership skills through teamwork which allows students to build trust and stronger bonds amongst each other. Annually, we have between 250 - 450 student participates, representing 6 -12 schools across the Bay Area. The following programs to participating students: Scholarships for juniors and seniors, life-skill leadership workshops, Olympics games, Cultural Jeopardy contest, Public Speaking contest, Cultural Pitch game, Debate, and Cultural Talent Show contest.

National Organization with branches across the United States dedicated to providing youth activities related to Ukrainian culture and Language, summer camps, Summer education programs, sports programs, and youth counseling for the Ukrainian American community.
