The Harbour Lights Tree Campaign - Saint John New Brunswick Each two dollar donation lights a bulb. And as December progresses bulb by bulb the tree is lit. When the financial goal is met, the star on top is lit up, too! Our offices are located at Brunswick Square, Suite 500A in the Atrium building. In person donations are being accepted at the Harbour Lights booth 2nd level of Brunswick Square.
Socially disadvantaged communities have and will be victimized in a number of ways. The most troubling being the children, who live in an environment of poverty, violence, gangs and welfare dependency. Many of the children, who are personally mentored are hungry for food, knowledge, self esteem and LOVE. TYD fulfills a deep need for the AT-Risk Family, and creates a definite solution by offering our ACADEMIC AND SPORTS ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS.The ASE Programs promotes and emphasizes academic, athletic, recreational, cultural, social, and moral growth of our Youth. TYD strives to enable these young Boy’s and Girl’s to become self-confident people of strong character, with a positive vision of the future and the necessary skills to achieve their hidden talents.
Living Fountain is a non-denominational, multi-cultural, multi-generational ministry with the aim toward increasing the quality of living for the growing urban and racially integrated population through christian education and faith-based programming.
All our services are free and confidential. We provide: - Pregnancy tests - Educational information regarding pregnancy, abortion procedures and risks and alternatives to abortion - Post-abortion support and counselling - Practical support services (baby layettes, maternity and baby clothes) - Advocacy/referrals to community services (parenting courses, prenatal classes, single parent support networks, pastoral care, family physicians, and other government or community resources) - Adoption information and support - New mom visits and gifts - Presentations and resources on sexuality, sexually transmitted infections, and abstinence - Spiritual guidance - AND lots of love and acceptance!

West Neighbourhood House (West NH) formerly St. Christopher House, has been a multi-service neighbourhood centre serving all age groups in downtown west Toronto since 1912. The mission of West NH is to enable less advantaged individuals, families and groups in the community to gain greater control over their lives and within their community. We work with people living on a low-income, newcomers, Indigenous peoples, people who are homeless or underhoused, job seekers, and women experiencing violence. While the core of our work is programs and services, West NH also works upstream on poverty reduction, housing, and the determinants of health through social policy, research with partners and community organizing to achieve our mission.
The London Food Bank was officially incorporated on January 1, 1987. It is a non-profit, charitable organization, governed by a community board of directors. There are two parts to its mandate: * To act as a front-line agency assisting those struggling to make ends meet * To act as a food warehouse and work with other agencies that assist people in need

Battered Women's Support Services contributes to the freedom and liberation of girls and women from violence and to empower our community through training and education programs. For over 30 years, we have been providing counselling and healing spaces for those who have experienced abuse. To help women build strength and resiliency, we work on systemic advocacy, law reform, in-class youth engagement programs and we operate a social enterprise called My Sister’s Closet in British Columbia. In addition, we support our male counterparts by urging them to own their role in ending violence against girls and women.
