The mission of the African American Wellness Project is to direct resources towards empowering the African American Community to improve health outcomes and promote wellness. Through the support of The California Endowment, AAWP has worked to achieve our mission and support the broader goal of educating and enrolling African American consumers in affordable healthcare programs in Alameda County. Key strategies implemented during the past year: • Culturally-relevant consumer education through ethnic and social media, community events and partnerships with African-American serving providers and community organizations • African American Provider Education to build provider understanding of the changes brought by ACA and strengthen their engagement to reaching the African American consumer

The mission of the Latin American Community Center is to empower the Latino community through education, advocacy, partnerships and exceptional services. The agency vision is to eliminate the achievement gap for Latinos in Delaware.

Native Forward Scholars Fund provides financial support for American Indians and Alaska Natives seeking higher education, and support them in attaining undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees. They partner with Tribes, the federal government, foundations, corporations, and individuals to ensure the growth and sustainability of scholarships.

Established as a 501C3 corporation in 2002, IRC has strategically incorporated first-world resources, business practices, and efficiency with compassion and focus. The result has been to provide necessary and needed relief directly to the people who lack life's essential conveniences. Driven to satisfy the complete spectrum of the individual, IRC is dedicated to facilitating the spiritual, educational, physical, and the community needs of the person. As such, IRC directs projects geared toward the revitalization of the whole person and whole community.
