American Indian Higher Education Consortium

Founded in 1972, the American Indian Higher Education Consortium provides leadership and influences public policy on American Indian higher education issues through advocacy, research, and program initiatives; promotes and strengthens Indigenous languages, cultures, communities and tribal nations; and provides a wide array of technical assistance support to member institutions and emerging tribal colleges. Today, AIHEC is composed of 36 Tribal Colleges and Universities in the United States and one in Canada that are tribally controlled and provide higher educational opportunities that are locally and culturally-based to American Indians. AIHEC's vision is sovereign tribal nations through excellence in higher education.

Vancouver Latin American Film Festival

VLAFF is a non-profit cultural promoter that strives to entertain audiences, provide insight into Latin American social issues, and celebrate the rich traditions of these diverse countries. This annual festival promotes dialogue between cultures and explores historical and social issues through the eyes of filmmakers. Since 2003, VLAFF has continued to provide audiences with the unique opportunity of experiencing Latin American cinema in Vancouver.

The Fund for American Studies has been educating young leaders on the values of freedom, democracy and free-market economies since 1967. Eleven institutes around the world bring college students together for educational programs engaging them in a rigorous examination of economic concepts, political systems, and moral philosophy. Our goal is to prepare young people for honorable leadership by educating them in the theory, practice, and benefits of a free society.
