Triangle Education Foundation values the opportunity that Triangle provides to its members allowing them to excel in academics, leadership, and human interaction. Triangle Education Foundation’s mission is to provide leadership and resources that help achieve the educational and personal development goals and objectives of Triangle and its members.

The Snyder Nation Foundation was founded after Craig Snyder lost his valiantly fought battle against glioblastoma multiforme in 2010. Through his battle with the most lethal form of brain cancer, we learned that brain cancer is still often considered an orphan disease due to lack of funding. Our goal is help fund curative research for brain cancer, to help spread awareness of brain cancer, and to help increase access to care for those battling brain tumors.

As the first chapter in Virginia, we are looking to spread the word about our mission and welcome more members and more chapters across the region! Cancer research will lead to a possible cure or less difficult treatment for future generations. Let’s keep up the good fight, one step, one dollar, one year at a time!

Phi Theta Kappa is the international Honor Society for two-year colleges. Founded in 1918, the Society emphasizes scholarship, leadership, service and fellowship for high-achieving students. Alpha Kappa Psi is the Honor Society chapter at Kap‘olani Community College and part of the Pacific Region.
