CARE Singapore exists to help vulnerable young people find direction, hope and success. We employ a multi-dimensional approach that engages and empowers youths, schools, families and communities. CARE's mission is to help youths succeed. Every person is useful and has something positive to contribute. At-risk youths can be social assets instead of social liabilities. By being there for those who need a little more support, we can help change their future. Archimedes famously said, Give me a fulcrum and I will move the world. CARE's chosen fulcrum is working with AT-RISK YOUTHS.

FCD has the following missions 1. To educate individual farmers and Self Help Groups (SHG) and provide them with the most accurate data on crop prices, market demands and supplies across the globe through mobile services and at her micro data centers, thus improving wealth creation and employment 2. Bringing out the potentials and skills from individuals and groups for equality and sustainable development through training, mentoring, and provision of seed capitals to farmers through linking them to financial institutions. 3. Creation of a network of partners amongst startups, farmers, donors, angel investors and Diaspora through 24hr online services platforms available for communication.

(a) To promote human rights education and provide legal assistance to poor and vulnerable groups in the Rwandan community at Large. (b) To empower individuals and groups to campaign for their own rights and the human rights of others peacefully .

(1) Elimination of gender discrimination and building of a society characterized by diversity and equality. (2) Promotion of an educational environment conducive to gender equity. (3) Promotion of research and educational efforts conducive to the development of localized gender education models. (4) Formation of an emotional and informational support network for gender equity educators.
