Cruzando Historias is a civil society organization specializing in women's employability and our purpose is to build a safe, equal job market with more opportunities for women. We develop actions and projects to welcome, develop and promote the financial autonomy of women. Our actions are based on 4 pillars and are developed across the board: Productive inclusion: Boost your Career - distance learning to prepare for selection processes Individual career guidance Curating vacancies and opportunities Workshops, lectures and selection processes with partners Offering professional qualification grants Comprehensive health and social assistance Psychological support Social assistance to guarantee rights Legal guidance Campaigns for access to consultations and exams, with partners Combating gender-based violence Free anti-harassment training as part of the "Stand Up Against Street Harassment" movement Psychological support and career guidance for women victims of violence Development of personalized campaigns and training Network building Conversation circles and workshops Exchange of knowledge with volunteers Community for exchanges and dissemination of opportunities Access to tickets and group outings for leisure and well-being

Our vision is: Each individual is a contributing member to a thriving society The main goal of the organization is to assist rights-holders (people with disabilities) access all rights as ensconced in the UNCRPD The main objectives are: • to improve the social well-being of the population • to provide assistance to vulnerable groups • to assist in the development of resilient civil society through education • to assist in promoting human rights, public health and social and economic development. These aims are in accordance with the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030.

To promote health, dignity, and rights of older persons by providing care, empowerment, and advocacy for their inclusion and respect in society.

We strive to build & strengthen the capacity of the communities and empower the people particularly poor, marginalized and excluded to address their development needs through integration and coordination at local, provincial and national level. Objectives: 1. Conflict Resolution and Promotion of Peace & tolerance in the society 2. Empower deprived segments of society Women, Minorities, Children, Laborer and peasants to secure their basic rights. 3. To advocate for provision/Improvement of Education, Health, clean drinking water and sanitation facilities. 4. To work for promotion of human rights specifically of women, minorities, labor and peasants rights 5. To promote the democratic values and political education and struggle for Empowered Local Governments 6. To work for Climate Resilient society Approach: A participatory approach is followed towards socio- economic and political development of communities. Local knowledge and wisdom is on priority basis and sense of ownership is promoted among the target communities. STRATEGIES: SDA has implemented integrated strategy for the development and empowerment of deprived communities. Following strategies have been adopted for the intervening: Committees of SDA on Thematic Areas to analyze the issues, plan and implement program. To contribute to peace-building and sustainable human development by facilitating the psychosocial recovery of conflict-affected, vulnerable and at-risk children and youth, and by developing the knowledge, skills and values of community leaders, young people and their care-givers in the areas of human rights, children's rights, child protection and non-violent conflict transformation.

We're a non profit organization using innovative technology to empower women and girls by bringing business education and entrepreneurial skills to women residing in the urban slums of the developing world. Our focus is to teach financial literacy and create a path to financial inclusion for women.

Enhance Worldwide envisions communities where girls and women have the skills to lead meaningful, dignified lives in which each individual has agency, autonomy and aspirations. Enhance Worldwide aims to facilitate a process in which girls, women and their communities unearth, discover and learn strategies to navigate the challenges to their wellbeing in an effort to develop as individuals in their own right. Enhance Worldwide understands harmful traditional practices as a leading barrier to a life of dignity and focuses its efforts on combating these practices worldwide. Enhance Worldwide creates customized interventions in collaboration with local people, with an emphasis on the leadership of women and girls, who understand the challenges and opportunities as part of their lived experience. The intervention design is focused on Positive Deviance, the concept that in every community there are positive deviants, individuals whose behaviors and strategies have allowed them to overcome the challenges to their wellbeing with which their peers struggle. By discovering and practicing these positive deviant behaviors, Enhance Worldwide focuses on existing, indigenous solutions.

We are an organization committed to ensuring the well-being, protection and promotion of rights, fostering the development of children, their families and communities.

Fly the Phoenix believes that education, as well as daily food, are basic human rights. In order to combat the imbalances of these rights, we are creating sustainable, 25-year cycle, educational community programs. These are funded by our local income-initiatives, challenges and international donations through our registered charity, Fly The Phoenix.

Her Innovation Cameroon (HIC) is a non-governmental, apolitical and non-profit organisation focused on advocating for the rights of women and girls, fostering their interest in STEM, enhancing STEM education for girls and ensuring they have access to all needed resources. It seeks to engage girls and women from all ten regions of Cameroon in participation and inclusion in the governance process through seminars, conferences and projects. HIC fosters inclusive participation in democratic and governance processes. We envision a just and equitable society where women and youth are empowered to lead and shape their communities. Our values of equity, accountability, grassroots empowerment, pan-African solidarity, and transformative leadership, guide every aspect of our work. HIC is headquartered in Buea, South West Region, and is formally registered to operate nationwide. With focal points in three regions and ambitions for expansion, we are deeply embedded in local communities and attuned to the lived realities of marginalized populations. HIC works to enhance social justice and social change through working collaboratively with young women and men, as well as local communities and stakeholders. HIC strives to improve collaboration between beneficiaries and policymakers to address the community's problems.
