We engage citizens and decision makers in the protection of our watershed and beyond through science, education, land preservation, and advocacy. Our vision is that everyone within our reach has access to safe, clean water that is swimmable, fishable, and above all, drinkable.

KOKOPELLI CHOIR ASSOCIATION

Founded by its current artistic director Scott Leithead, the Kokopelli Choir Association has been providing quality choral music performance and instruction in the Edmonton area and beyond since its inception in 1996. Over the years, the association has grown from a single youth choir to a family of 4 choirs; with each choir focusing on bringing spirit and artistic integrity to their performances. Kokopelli, the original youth choir, with members ranging in age from 14 to 24; Òran, which includes new members as well as past Kokopelli members aged 20 years and older; Shumayela, an apprentice choir with members in the 10 – 14 year old age group; and Kikimasu, our newest addition with singers aged 8 to 12. The choir is known for their unique style of presentation, which combines high quality musical delivery and artistic staging. The choirs have a diverse repertoire, ranging from canonical repertoire to avant garde contemporary works and African traditional pieces.

Ozark Trail Association

The Ozark Trail Association's mission is to develop, maintain, preserve, promote, and protect the rugged, natural beauty of the Ozark Trail. We work with several public agencies and private foundations including the Mark Twain National Forest, Missouri Department of Conservation, Missouri Division of State Parks and the National Park Service, to develop new recreational trail segments for the Ozark Trail and connecting trails. We maintain existing trails with dedicated volunteers in cooperation with the above mentioned agencies. We promote the use of the trail through events and our website.

GALIANO CONSERVANCY ASSOCIATION

The Galiano Conservancy Association is a community-based non-profit society and registered charity founded in 1989 and dedicated to protecting the natural and human environment of Galiano Island, British Columbia. The Conservancy is one of BC's first land trusts, and owns and protects several environmentally sensitive properties on Galiano. We also provide a variety of environmental education programs, and have active projects in the areas of conservation mapping and ecological restoration. In addition we maintain an extensive library and resource collection to which the public has access.

ALBERTA WILDERNESS ASSOCIATION

Alberta Wilderness Association (AWA) is the oldest wilderness conservation group in Alberta dedicated to the completion of a protected areas network and the conservation of wilderness throughout the province. Founded in 1965 in rural southwest Alberta by backcountry enthusists, ranchers and outfitters, AWA has grown into a provincial ortganization. With four decades of success, we are known for our tenacity, corporate memory and integrity. We have a provincial office and resource centre in Calgary, and active members throughout Alberta. A great deal of our work is carried our by volunteers. AWA is a non-profit, federally registered, charitable society.
