Santa Monica Mountains Fund (SAMO Fund) is dedicated to the mission of preserving, protecting, and enhancing the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (SMMNRA). Our mission encompasses a commitment to safeguarding the unique ecosystem of the area, fostering a deep connection between people and nature, and supporting the National Park Service in its endeavors. This includes a focus on youth education, scientific research, improvement of park facilities, community stewardship, and the preservation of indigenous cultural resources. This vision is rooted in the belief that sustainable practices and community engagement are key to preserving the ecological and cultural richness of the Santa Monica Mountains for future generations.

Sunrise Movement Education Fund supports young people to make climate change an urgent priority across America and expose the corruption of fossil fuel executives on our politics.

The Solar Electric Light Fund (SELF) uses the power of the sun to fight poverty and climate change. Energy access is at the root of some of our biggest global inequities—from education to food security to public health. SELF works with communities around the world to establish solar projects, with a focus on environmental justice, community ownership, and scalable outcomes.

Oceana, the world's largest international organization focused exclusively on ocean conservation, was founded in 2001 by a group of leading foundations concerned that although the oceans constitute over 70 percent of the earth's surface, an extremely small percentage of environmental funding was dedicated to protecting them.  Oceana's campaigns are designed to change that by forcing clear, identifiable policy changes with real "in the water" results, usually in three to five years. Our international campaigns in North America, Europe, Chile, and Belize are focused on the actions agreed on by scientists throughout the world as necessary to preserve and restore marine life: Protect seafloor habitat from destructive bottom trawling; Set and enforce reasonable catch limits for commercial fishing; Stop subsidizing overcapacity in commercial fishing fleets; Stop marine pollution, particularly carbon dioxide emissions that are making the oceans more acidic; Oceana sets annual goals toward achieving specific changes and holds itself strictly accountable to its Board, funders, and supporters.  Since inception, Oceana has achieved dramatic success in protecting the world's oceans in targeted, practical ways.

ACTAI Global is a nonprofit whose mission is to support environmental conservation and economic empowerment through entrepreneurship. SeaTrees protects and restores coastal ecosystems to protect ocean health and fight climate change. The organization works with communities around the world to plant and protect mangrove and kelp forests, seagrass meadows, coral reefs, and coastal watersheds. The regeneration and protection of these ecosystems provide critical habitat for countless species, sustainable long-term employment for local communities, and protect communities from storm surges and sea-level rise.
